We use the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) to help one better understand themselves. It answers many questions as to why we are the way we are and why others are the way they are. By knowing more about ourselves, we are better able to understand why others do what they do. How many times have you asked yourself, "Why did that person do that?" or "Why is he/she like that?" The MBTI will help clear up many of those questions and give you a better understanding of yourself.
We use the Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Profile to show an individual their abilities in decision-making and problem-solving. We show the individual their strong and weak areas and assist them in developing the areas they feel they want to improve in. We continue to coach the individual to become more proficient in those areas.
Employee Satisfaction Surveys are used for organizations to determine if their employees’ needs are being met. Results are compiled and presented to the management staff to decide what action they choose to take. We have continued to work with management and employee committees to come up with suggestions and ideas to create a better working environment. After all loosing employees is a very expensive to an organization.
Exit Surveys are designed to give organizations a better view of why employees have left their organization. Having an independent company do your exit surveys many times give a better "picture" as to why someone has left. Too often when asked why they left, the answer is "money", which is not always the real answer. Surveys have shown many times such things like praise, recognition of abilities, communications to name a few are actually reasons for leaving. Results are tabulated and kept for organizations and reviewed with the organization to pinpoint possible problem areas.
